Subscriptions
Paid OPC Fit memberships renew automatically each billing period until you cancel as described below.
Web billing (Stripe)
On opcfit.com in a web browser, paid plans are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Manage or cancel from Account → Manage subscription or the Stripe customer portal.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your OPC Fit account settings.
iOS billing (Apple In-App Purchase)
In the OPC Fit iOS app, paid plans are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple according to their policies. Use Restore Purchases on the Account page if you reinstall the app or change devices.
Free trial
On opcfit.com, the OPC Fit App trial lasts 14 days. A payment card is required to start it. The charge today is $0. The subscription price is charged on day 15, then each month, unless you cancel before day 15. Cancel from your Account page or the Stripe customer portal.
During an active free trial, OPC Fit stores your schedule, programs, completed workouts, session logs, and related training data in your account so you can continue on another device. The calendar shows a recent window for performance; older completed history stays in the account and is available when you request it.
OPC Fit storage
OPC Fit stores your schedule, programs, completed workouts, session logs, progress, and related training data in your account. This device keeps a working cache. Clearing this browser's local storage does not delete your cloud-backed training history.
Cloud backup retention
Completed workout history is retained for the life of the active OPC Fit or trial account. The interactive calendar displays a recent past window plus upcoming sessions so the app stays fast. Older completed workouts remain in the account and can be loaded when you view history.
Workouts you star and save to Saved Workouts are not removed based on age.
If a paid membership ends, stored training rows are not immediately wiped; access follows product rules until you resubscribe or delete the account.
Plan changes
You can upgrade or cancel from your Account page without contacting support. Your account-backed training history remains associated with the account.
Cancellation
- Web (Stripe): cancel from your Account page (Manage subscription) or the Stripe customer portal.
- iOS (Apple): cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation stops future billing; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Canceling does not automatically refund prior charges except where required by law or platform policy.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable and not prorated when you cancel mid-cycle, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by OPC Fit in writing.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Program Builder access may be paused immediately. Cloud sync on OPC Fit may also pause until billing is updated.
You will see in-app notices with time to update your payment method. If billing remains unresolved after the stated grace period, your account may be temporarily deactivated while your data is preserved for recovery after payment.
You can update payment from your Account page at any time during this process.
Price changes
We may change plan prices with advance notice where required. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance of new pricing for renewals.
Sales tax
OPC Fit offers the app subscription to customers in the United States. Stripe calculates applicable sales tax from the billing address entered at checkout. Tax is added to the listed price only where OPC Fit is registered to collect it. When tax applies, the invoice shows the tax amount. Your total can be higher than the listed plan price.
Stripe
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. OPC Fit does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
