Subscriptions
Paid OPC Fit plans (Starter, Core, Coaching) renew automatically each billing period until you cancel as described below.
Web billing (Stripe)
On opcfit.com in a web browser, paid plans are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Manage or cancel from Account → Manage subscription or the Stripe customer portal.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your OPC Fit account settings.
iOS billing (Apple In-App Purchase)
In the OPC Fit iOS app, paid plans are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
Refunds for Apple purchases are handled by Apple according to their policies. Use Restore Purchases on the Account page if you reinstall the app or change devices.
Free trial
New accounts may start on a 14-day OPC Fit free trial without a credit card. You are not charged unless you subscribe to a paid plan. When you choose a paid plan, billing begins at checkout unless you cancel before the next billing date.
During an active free trial, OPC Fit may store a limited copy of your schedule, programs, and related training data in cloud backup so you can use the app on another device. That lite cloud backup follows trial calendar and save limits.
OPC Fit Starter storage
OPC Fit Starter does not use OPC Fit cloud storage for your training data. Schedule, programs, progress, and related data are kept on the device and browser you use unless you upgrade to a plan that includes cloud backup (such as OPC Fit Core).
Plan changes
You can upgrade, downgrade to OPC Fit Starter, or cancel from your Account page without contacting support. Downgrading to Starter pauses Core-only features (such as cloud sync) while keeping your device-local training data.
Cancellation
- Web (Stripe): cancel from your Account page (Manage subscription) or the Stripe customer portal.
- iOS (Apple): cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Cancellation stops future billing; access typically continues until the end of the current paid period.
- Canceling does not automatically refund prior charges except where required by law or platform policy.
Refunds
Fees are generally non-refundable and not prorated when you cancel mid-cycle, except where required by applicable law or expressly stated by OPC Fit in writing.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Meal Builder and Program Builder access may be paused immediately. Cloud sync on OPC Fit Core may also pause until billing is updated.
You will see in-app notices with time to update your payment method. If billing remains unresolved after the stated grace period, your account may be temporarily deactivated while your data is preserved for recovery after payment.
You can update payment or switch to OPC Fit Starter from your Account page at any time during this process.
Price changes
We may change plan prices with advance notice where required. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance of new pricing for renewals.
Stripe
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. OPC Fit does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.
