Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how OPC Fit ("we") collects, uses, and shares information when you use opcfit.com and the OPC Fit application.
Information we collect
- Account data: name, email, authentication identifiers, and profile settings.
- Workout data: programs, schedules, logs, notes, and saved workouts.
- Nutrition and meal-planning data: preferences, dietary selections, allergens, favorites, generated meal plans, and grocery lists.
- Payment data: on the web, processed by Stripe (we receive subscription status and customer identifiers, not full card numbers). On iOS, processed by Apple (we receive subscription status and transaction identifiers via App Store receipts, not your full payment card).
- Technical data: device type, browser, IP address, and usage events needed to operate and secure the Service.
- Communications you send to info@opcfit.com.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, preferences, and security. When enabled, we may use analytics and marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Pixel to measure performance and campaigns. You can control cookies through your browser and our cookie notice where shown.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Process subscriptions and prevent fraud.
- Generate personalized workout and meal-planning features you request.
- Send service-related messages (e.g., account, billing, security).
- Comply with law and enforce our terms.
Health and fitness data — not used for targeted ads
Workout logs, nutrition preferences, meal plans, and other health- or fitness-related data you provide are used to operate OPC Fit features you request. We do not use that health or fitness data for targeted advertising.
General website analytics or campaign measurement (when enabled) may use cookies or pixels as described below; those tools are not used to build health-based ad profiles from your training or meal data.
Third-party processors
We use trusted providers that process data on our behalf, including:
- Supabase — authentication and database hosting.
- Vercel — application hosting and delivery.
- Stripe — web payment processing and subscription management.
- Apple — In-App Purchase and subscription status on iOS (via App Store / RevenueCat when configured).
- OpenAI (when configured) — AI-assisted content generation for workouts and meal plans.
- Google Analytics / Google Search Console (when configured) — analytics and search performance.
- Meta (Facebook) Pixel (when configured) — advertising measurement.
Data security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the data we process. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Retention
We retain information while your account is active and as needed for legal, billing, and security purposes. You may request deletion subject to applicable law and legitimate business needs.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your OPC Fit account from Account → Delete my account in the app, or by emailing info@opcfit.com from your registered email address.
We complete deletion after manual review (usually within a few business days). Cancel active subscriptions first to avoid further charges.
Stripe may retain payment and billing records separately as required by law. We remove your profile, workout data, meal plans, and related app content when deletion is processed.
Your rights and requests
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data. Contact legal@opcfit.com to submit a request. We will verify your identity before responding.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last Updated" date and version will change when we do.
