Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of OPC Fit, the website opcfit.com, and related applications and services (collectively, the "Service") operated by OPC Fit ("OPC Fit," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Liability Waiver, Medical Disclaimer, Nutrition Disclaimer, and Billing Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it current.
- Notify us promptly at info@opcfit.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Platform use
OPC Fit provides tools for workout programming, scheduling, progress logging, optional meal planning features, and related educational content. Features vary by subscription tier.
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or reverse engineer the platform, or interfere with other users.
- Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.
- Do not represent OPC Fit content as individualized medical, dietetic, or physical therapy services unless separately agreed in writing.
Fitness and nutrition acknowledgments
Physical exercise and dietary changes involve inherent risks. By using the Service, you acknowledge those risks and agree that you participate voluntarily and at your own responsibility.
Meal plans, macro suggestions, calorie estimates, grocery suggestions, recipes, and nutrition recommendations provided through OPC Fit are informational and educational only. They are not medical advice, nutrition therapy, or a dietitian-client relationship.
You are solely responsible for allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, ingredient verification, and medical conditions. Consult a physician or registered dietitian before starting or changing exercise or nutrition programs.
OPC Fit does not guarantee nutritional outcomes, weight loss, muscle gain, performance results, or health improvements.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. On the OPC Fit website (opcfit.com), subscriptions are purchased and managed through Stripe from your Account page or the Stripe customer portal.
In the OPC Fit iOS app, paid digital features are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Manage or cancel those subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions).

Intellectual property
The Service, branding, software, and content (except content you provide) are owned by OPC Fit or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial training purposes according to your plan.
Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPC FIT AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO OPC FIT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100), EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OPC Fit and its personnel from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in North Carolina shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes not subject to arbitration or small-claims procedures, except where prohibited by law.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date and version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
